Meet the Staff

Meet the Team!

Choosing a high-quality daycare is a very critical and serious decision. We employ nurturing caregivers who understand the stages of child development, respect family needs, and promote cultural diversity. Our staff is dedicated to building strong partnerships with families to enrich children’s experiences. The welfare of our children is of utmost importance, and as such, staff members are evaluated, screened, and trained to provide the highest level of care. Team members attend annual trainings, including CPR and First Aid to ensure each child’s safety. Continuous staff training is required through educational workshops and seminars to maintain the highest standard of education and care for the children in our programs. We sincerely believe they have a special gift to share with your children. 

  • Thank you for choosing the Early Childhood Professional Development Center (ECPDC) for your childcare needs. I am KeTurah Bonner, “Ms. Keke,” and it is my pleasure to serve as the Director of the Childcare Facility. I am a proud Florida State University graduate with a degree in Family and Child Sciences and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Developmental Studies. I have had the privilege of working in the district with children for over 12 years. I am very excited to be a part of the Department of Early Learning family and look forward to a wonderful year.

    At ECPDC, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe that the early years are the foundation for lifelong success, and our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that each child feels valued, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them.

    Our program focuses on developmentally appropriate practices that encourage hands-on learning, creativity, and positive peer interactions. Through structured lessons, purposeful play, and meaningful routines, we aim to foster independence, confidence, and a genuine love for learning. We also prioritize strong partnerships with families, recognizing that open communication and collaboration are essential to each child’s success.

    I encourage you to stay actively involved in your child’s educational journey by participating in family engagement activities, attending conferences, and maintaining regular communication with our staff. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience that supports your child’s growth and development.

  • Caring for children is more than my profession — it is truly my passion. As a dedicated childcare professional, I am committed to providing a loving, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore. With experience in early childhood education, I focus on supporting each child’s individual growth through meaningful learning experiences that build confidence, curiosity, and kindness. I am currently continuing my education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education to further strengthen the quality of care and instruction I provide. I believe strong communication and trusted partnerships with families are essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care and helping every child build a strong foundation for lifelong success.
